How may we order? Because we are an online business trying to keep our prices at the lowest possible for our customers, ordering may only be done online--no faxed or phoned orders. Our online ordering is self explanatory no matter which payment method you choose, but you may contact us at CustomerService@CatTreesForLess.com if you have any unanswered questions. What payment methods do you accept? We accept payment by Master Card, VISA, Discover Card, and PayPal. You do not need a PayPal account in order to pay by PayPal, as they will give you the various options they offer once you choose that method. We do accept MONEY ORDERS if you choose to wait that long to have your cat tree shipped, as it will have to clear our bank before we can ship. We would caution you to know your money order provider, as there are counterfeits out there. Money orders should be made out payable to the order of Indulgence and mailed to the address on our Contact Us page. How do you deal with extra charges, i.e. shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, Canada, Puerto Rico? Because shipping to these areas is done by post and is a bit more costly, there are charges above what it would take to the contiguous 48 states. Once your order is placed with one of these destinations for a shipping address, we will check the rate and e-mail you with the additional charge. Once you approve the charge it will be added to your previous checkout total. If you chose a credit card or PayPal payment method, the extra charge will be billed separately--the 3 digit CVV# which is not stored in our checkout software will be needed by us if a credit card was used, as we cannot run an additional charge without it. Is your ordering/payment software/server safe to use? Yes they are! That part of our website is completely secure, and absolutely no information used for ordering is shared with any outside entity except as necessary to complete your payment. PayPal, too, sends and receives money safely all over the world and is completely secure with your information. Money Orders sent through the mail should be secure, but a few cents more for a Delivery Confirmation may make you feel better about sending it off. There is NO shipping charge to addresses in the 48 contiguous states. Do you ship to Hawaii, Alaska, Canada and Puerto Rico? Yes, we do. Armarkat ships to these locations using postal methods which does incur extra cost to you. Do you ship to other locations outside the US?Only to those mentioned in the answer above, not internationally. Do you ship to PO Boxes and APO/FPO addresses? No, we cannot. How long after ordering does it take to ship the product? Once payment has cleared, your order is usually shipped in 1 to 3 business days. How long does it take for the product to arrive once shipped? It takes from 1 to 5 days depending on your location. Do you offer tracking information? Yes, we do. We will e-mail you with the tracking # once your order has shipped. For more specific information please click on the Shipping link on the left. What is your warranty policy? Armarkat's warranty statement is: Since we are the manufacturer, you can be assured that you will receive a top quality product that will bring your cat years of enjoyment. If however any part of our product is broken within six months due to a manufacturer defect, we will gladly replace it for free. After six months, we charge a small amount to replace broken parts. Above and beyond this we will say that, if you feel that Armarkat has not dealt well with you at any time in the future, you may contact us and we will mediate on your behalf. What about replacement parts? Armarkat does have replacement parts available, and they suggest that you keep your assembly instructions and materials that come with your cat tree. If you need parts at some future date, you can contact them for cost estimates by using the information provided with your materials. You might want to keep a copy of your printed receipt from your purchase from us along with those papers. Do you accept returns? What about the return packaging and charges? Please see answer above. Can you tell me what you know about how your product is made and what materials are used? Armarkat uses a faux fur and a faux fleece to cover their products. They are materials specifically designed for cat furniture and unlike those used for carpeting or regular house furniture. This is intended to keep your cats from confusing their cat furniture with your furnishings. Natural dried sisal is used for the post coverings, something cats love the smell of and which serves to keep their claws in healthy condition. Pressed wood is used for the base plate and some of the other elements. Also, the hardware used, (which is included with every cat tree), are Allenhead Screws and an Allen Wrench. Where are these products made?> All Armarkat products are made in China and are distributed from multiple well stocked warehouses in this country.
